Vibrating filters
Vibrating filters
A vibrating filter made
entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, made to separate the solids in the
vegetable liquid before it reaches the centrifugal separators. Its special
feature is the mesh that allows 100% filtered liquid to be obtained.
The machine consists of a part that is vibrated by a motor-driven vibrator, a
tank of about 250 l that collects the liquids and two pumps, one of which
serves to feed the vibrating filter while the other serves to transfer the
clean liquid from the tank to the separator. Moreover, it has a steel tank to
collect all the impurities removed from the liquid.
Complete with the electrical panel, it is about 70 cm wide and about 160 cm
long overall.
This machine is mainly made for traditional systems where inserting the
vibrating filter before the separator allows all the sieves to be eliminated
from the liquid collection tanks, thereby removing the inconvenience of
cleaning them and the dirt that builds up in the surrounding area.
Lately, this machine is also requested by those that own continuous lines to
clean the vegetable water as it is very dirty when it leaves the decanter and
clogs the centrifugal separators.
