Traditional installation for the production of extra-virgin olive oil made on the island of Zakynthos

Traditional installation with 7 presses

A traditional installation in
Lucania with seven presses, brand new three-wheel mill, Ruffini Romolo malaxers
and stacker, Amenduni 7-stage pump, stainless steel trolleys for transporting
liquids, frames with Alfa Laval automatic-discharge separators and various
accessories.

Traditional installation with 6 presses

A traditional installation in
the province of Macerata with a three-wheel mill, Ruffini Romolo malaxers and
stacker, 16” layered press with Amenduni assemblies and pump.

It has a stainless steel frame equipped with two Alfa Laval automatic
separators, complete with pumps and various accessories.

Continuous-cycle installation with mill

A continuous-cycle
installation in Lucania. The installation uses a three-wheel mill, a paste
collection tank, a 4-tank malaxer, an Alfa Laval UVNX 716 decanter, and
automatic-discharge separator for the water and a manual-discharge separator
for the oil. It is equipped with various accessories such as pumps, stainless
steel frames, heat exchanger and pomace auger, all strictly made of stainless
steel.

Continuous-cycle installation

An Alfa Laval continuous-cycle
installation made by us with defoliating belt, washing machines, stainless
steel augers, hammer mill, double malaxer, UVNX 714 decanter and a completely
modified UVPX 307 automatic-discharge separator. The pomace augers are strictly
made of stainless steel and can be opened fully. The installation has a
production capacity of about 800/1000 kg/h.

Continuous line with mill

A continuous line in Morcone
(BN) with stainless steel washer, three-wheel mill wheels, pre-malaxer with
finisher, bank of 4 malaxers, Alfa Laval UVNX S18 decanter, separation unit
with 1500/2000 automatic-discharge separators.

Continuous line in a container for Ghana

2014 - A continuous line installed in a
container that can be opened completely and shipped to the destination. The
customer had requested this installation, which is very special due to the way
in which it has been installed - completely inside a 20-foot container that can
be opened. This installation was shipped to Ghana for processing palm oil. The
installation is continuously moved from one village to another depending on the
demand and accumulated storage. Note that inside we have installed a milling
system, a 2000 kg malaxer, a 1500 kg/h decanter, an automatic-discharge
separator, a heating system with heat exchanger and pomace boiler, main
electrical panel and lastly a pomace discharge auger.
