Transfer malaxer with mill

A 500 kg malaxer, completely
reconditioned to as-new condition and equipped with a stainless steel hammer
mill. It is used as a pre-malaxer in continuous lines. 

Various models are available.

If used mills are not available, brand new ones are used.

The malaxer is electrically wired to allow it to be installed easily on site.

A used malaxer with paste
distribution disc, reconditioned to as-new condition, with an added Pieralisi
silent hammer mill. Reconditioned in detail and with new drive motors where
needed, the malaxer has also been equipped with a completely automatic
electrical panel that can be moved according to the working position. This is a
malaxer made at the request of a Portuguese customer.

to as-new condition.


4s Malaxer - MACCHINE OLEARIE FERRI srl

4s Malaxer

A 4-tank malaxer complete with
manifold and decanter feed mono pump. Equipped with upper manifold for transferring
the paste from one tank to another, ASA flow meter to monitor the water and hot
water circulator to control the paste temperature. As you can see, the
malaxers are completely reconditioned to as-new condition, replacing various
bearings and bushings, reconditioning the drive motors and finally painting.

Of course, this is one of the many models that we can create depending on the
space available. 

There are many kinds of malaxer for continuous lines and various models are
available.
